Full confession: we’ve secretly been looking for a killer therapist to handle his raging workaholism; however, we’re unsure there’s a licensed professional headshrinker who could take our captain on without ending up in lockdown himself. So here’s the thing you need to understand - Brandon and the team here at Crush Ads always outwork the competition, hands down. And we proudly pass those results on to you.
Married with two kids, a dog and a fish tank, President Dan Lansman started his career as a client manager for CIGNA, working on accounts like Starbucks, Delta Airlines, Shell Oil and Verizon. Dan left the exciting world of insurance twelve years ago to stake his claim in the internet marketing space, selling for Equifax. Since that time, he has worked for, bought, sold and started various types of marketing companies, including 1 Touch Marketing and Crush Ads. In addition to being our coach both in the office and on our company softball team (which currently holds first place in the league), you can find him coaching his eldest daughter’s soccer team full of six-year-olds, playing golf, or watching football games cheering on his alma mater, Florida State.
VP, Business Development
Vice President of Business Development Casey Cummings has over 15 years of experience in the Internet marketing industry, specializing in email, banner, search, co-registration and product marketing. She kicked off her career in the Big Apple recruiting for Double Click and SiteSpecific, moving on to tackle the wide world of account and publisher services for such companies as Monster Worldwide, TheUseful, PartyWithAStar.com, Consumer Track, and Linkstar Interactive / Promopath. When she’s not playing quarterback consulting for venture capital firms, you can probably find her watching Steelers games, researching a cure for her baseball allergy, hosting Star Trek marathons, developing her in home zombie apocalypse escape plan, utilizing her Bloomsburg University education to obliterate the opposition at Trivial Pursuit, and hanging out with her adorable three year old.
Director of Operations
Industry veteran Jared Steinberg broke into the business nine years ago, starting out in the search and affiliate marketing spaces. Prior to joining the Crush Ads team as director of operations, he was Operations Manager for a software company. When Jared isn't busy overseeing from conception to deployment all of the new, exciting projects happening here at Crush Ads, you can probably find him catching Giants, Knicks and Mets games with his friends and family, or conquering the newest Xbox game
Sr Affiliate Manager
Senior Affiliate Manager Chris Calabro has been in the interactive marketing space since early 2008. As a Pepper Jam and Market Leverage alum, he’s worked on all sides of the affiliate marketing industry, but when he’s not utilizing the wealth of experience he has built up in affiliate management, you can probably find him blasting 311, playing softball or golf, watching his alma mater the Kansas Jayhawks, recklessly playing with sharp swords, and professing his undying love for all things Kenny Powers.
Daniel Simone started out as a marketing assistant in 2008 and quickly moved into sales. When he’s not focused on developing lasting relationships with advertisers in order to deliver consistent, high-quality lead sources, he’s probably jamming out on acoustic guitar, catching waves, weaving through highway traffic at 120 like Mario Andretti, showing off his skills as an amateur sommelier, drinking copious amounts of beer, or creating nouveau-American Italian dishes with a slight Southwestern twist.

Senior Affiliate Manager Dan Colucci worked as an affiliate before joining us on the network side of things. Specializing in paid search and site monetization, Dan works with publishers who deal with all types of traffic. In his free time, he enjoys live music, networking, and a good glass of scotch. At his desk you can catch him listening to anything from Reggae to Punk Rock. A south Florida native, Dan loves the Miami Dolphins and Miami Heat.

Gina De Franco got her start in the internet marketing industry here at Crush Ads a few years ago and has been crushing her competition ever since. When she’s not hard at work you can find her beaching it up, looking for new pets to bring home and add to her collection and rooting for her favorite team on the large screen every Sunday.

Senior Advertising Manager Matt Taylor has over six years of experience in the internet marketing industry. He joined Crush Ads at the beginning of this year, and when he’s not busy crushing his competition he loves jamming out to Bob Marley, playing basketball, soccer and tennis and going to the beach with his two daughters (he has another daughter on the way, due in July).
Started out on BMI Elite’s search marketing team before becoming Crush Ads’ operation coordinator. When he is not updating suppression lists for email offers and making sure email creatives are optimized for use, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son and then sneaking in midnight games of NBA2k13 on his PS3 after they go to bed. Born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, Matt is a big Miami Heat fan who considers it a tradition to go to church and play basketball on Sundays.
An eight year veteran of the online marketing industry, Kathy Sciortino started out working with Brandon as his assistant, learning the business, and is now part of the Crush Ads business development team. When she’s not hard at work in this fast paced environment, you can probably find her laughing and enjoying herself (sometimes cracking jokes followed by a chorus of crickets), hanging out with friends, watching football, and quoting her favorite movies.

Accounting Coordinator Nicole Gonzalez is the newest member of the Crush Ads team; however, she’s been working in the industry since April 2006. When this recent graduate of BBA Business Management isn’t busy counting beans for your payouts, you can find her cooking elaborate meals from scratch, practicing yoga, doing Taekwondo kickboxing, or dancing up a storm!

When Don of Design Alex Brown isn’t busy creating an offer our pubs can’t refuse, he’s probably playing with the latest technology and gadgets or trying to keep it under wraps that he’s amazing at troubleshooting computer problems. (Sorry to let the cat out of the bag, Alex!) Not only has our Graphical Godfather and Photoshop Guru done work for clients such as Toyota, Disney, Volkswagen, Dunkin’ Donuts and Minor League Baseball, but the University of Alaska Fairbanks graduate is also singer/songwriter who just finished his first acoustic rock album!

When Senior Web Developer Attila Fajta isn’t working on landing pages and lead capture and making sure that the in-house data management and CRM systems are running smoothly, you can catch him swimming, reading, playing tennis, and taking his four year old daughter to the zoo. Attila is also an avid traveler who has been to most of the states and dozens of countries around the world. His favorite destination so far has been Scotland, his least favorite is New Orleans, and he hopes to visit Australia and New Zealand someday.
